Monday Stack - what we’re taking a break from and starting…
Happy Monday … so firstly I’m about to start tirzepatide (I started off my first 3 months on the most basic glp-1 microdose which did wonders for my body 🙌🏽 🔥 …I’m down 2.5 inches off my waist & lost my stubborn arm fat that wasn’t budging with exercise & diet!!)
I’m actually weaning myself down now as I end the 3 months (if I had weight to still lose I would not be doing that)
I’m also starting on the GLP-1/GIP dual agonist (tirzepatide) but will be taking the tiniest microdose since I’m also on MOTS-C and my goal for next 3 months is building muscle not fat loss anymore.
What & I are on a break from:
GHK-cu
Glutathione
🧬 It’s good to take cycle breaks every 12ish weeks for 2-4 weeks and then can start again to keep your body sensitive to the peptide replacement (just like with most supplements)
🧬 GHK-cu, Glutathione, NAD, Mots-c, & GLP are all naturally occurring peptides & co-enzymes in your body but they all significantly decrease as you age. Replacing these are definitely the game changer in future health care (just like hormone replacement therapy)
