Since weāre travelling most of the summer āļø I wanted to show you how Iām still getting my protein inā¦especially cause Iām microdosing a glp/gip
(Literally looking and feeling better than ever because I donāt skip my protein!!!!)
šÆ 30g -40g protein 3 times a day!!!
P.s. We have a kitchenette in our suit ā¦
1. I eat a plate full of eggs with hot sauce for break-fast ⦠I also just added keto bread today š
2. Unsweetened Greek coconut yogurt with my glp (EllieMD) protein mixed in with chia seeds, berries, & peanut butter sometimes! So good!
3. Small snack size tortilla wraps with rotisserie chicken š (and hot sauce)
4. Sometimes (like after my workout) I just shake up my protein powder in a shaker since we donāt have a blender
š± We still eat out but not everyday and when we eat out the kids & get wings, burgers, fried chicken, pizza, etcā¦.. I get meat, veggies, rice⦠things like Mediterranean or Thai so far.
