Getting Protein in While Travelling šŸŒŽ
Since we’re travelling most of the summer ā˜€ļø I wanted to show you how I’m still getting my protein in…especially cause I’m microdosing a glp/gip
(Literally looking and feeling better than ever because I don’t skip my protein!!!!)
šŸŽÆ 30g -40g protein 3 times a day!!!
P.s. We have a kitchenette in our suit …
1. I eat a plate full of eggs with hot sauce for break-fast … I also just added keto bread today šŸž
2. Unsweetened Greek coconut yogurt with my glp (EllieMD) protein mixed in with chia seeds, berries, & peanut butter sometimes! So good!
3. Small snack size tortilla wraps with rotisserie chicken šŸ— (and hot sauce)
4. Sometimes (like after my workout) I just shake up my protein powder in a shaker since we don’t have a blender

šŸ± We still eat out but not everyday and when we eat out the kids & get wings, burgers, fried chicken, pizza, etc….. I get meat, veggies, rice… things like Mediterranean or Thai so far.
