Can we talk about something that has nothing to do with peps….. but everything to do with getting healthier?
One conversation keeps coming up with people I've helped over the last few years.
Not about side effects.
Not about weight loss.
Not about dosing.
Their relationship.
I've had both men and women tell me they hide their progress because their spouse gets upset. Others say their partner has no interest in getting healthier with them. Some feel guilty for becoming more confident. Others just wish they had someone to share the journey with.
It honestly breaks my heart every time I hear it.
I know I'm incredibly fortunate. My boyfriend has been my biggest supporter. We encourage each other, work out together, and celebrate each other's wins. I don't take that for granted because I know not everyone has that kind of support.
Getting healthier doesn't just change your body. It can change your confidence, your routines, your mindset, and sometimes even the relationships around you.
If you're on that journey, I hope you have someone cheering you on. And if you don't, know that your decision to improve your health still matters.
I'm curious... has your health journey strengthened your relationship, challenged it, or has your partner jumped in right alongside you? I'd genuinely love to hear your story.
