Enema
There’s a way that u will for sure have a movement use an enema daily to have regular activity! I kno ppl don’t want to put anything up there butt well most ppl lol but it works for me like aspirin works for an headache at times! Not saying that u have to do everyday as I do, but it’s a option

Just B honest
Most ppl are embarrassed to talk about constipation let alone having organ prolapse it not fun have to have your stool completely runny basically in order to have a blower movement being afraid if u push to hard u may lose your intestines! I really don’t know why I sing up for sloop but maybe I can help or get help with info like exercises or taking stool softeners I also would like to kno the type of materiel would b most helpful for u
