🕊️ Address conflict through honest dialogue and mediation whenever possible.
⚖️ If someone’s behavior threatens the safety of the community, appropriate action will be taken through a fair and transparent process.

📚 Share your knowledge, wisdom, and resources generously.

🤲 Major decisions are made through consensus or democratic participation whenever possible.

💡 Encourage feedback, questions, and healthy dialogue.

📵 Never record or photograph others without their clear permission.
📱 Keep phones on silent during gatherings (unless needed for accessibility).
🚫 No alcohol or substances that impair judgment during learning or community sessions.
🎙️ Rotate facilitation and leadership roles so everyone has opportunities to grow.
💛 When harm occurs, seek accountability, healing, and restoration—not punishment.
