Hi, I'm Arabella.
In 2016, I emerged from a series of interpersonal conflicts, totally exhausted and burnt out.
I was a conflict avoidant person - but my conflict avoidance had made the conflicts worse, not easier.
What I'd wanted, across those disputes, was a mediator who could help resolve them for me...
So, I decided to be the change I wanted to see in the world, & I trained as a mediator!
Now, 10 years later, I have mediated disputes for hundreds of courageous people - in health, social care, workplace & the community - across the UK.
Those people achieved some astonishing resolutions, including peace.
I am a real believer in the power of conflict resolution - all the more now that our world has become more polarised.
Conflict resolution is not rocket science - it's about having crucial conversations skilfully.
In this community, we'll talk all things conflict resolution, and support each other towards inner and interpersonal peace.
