Hi, I’m Doug — the founder of PB Chicks.
I know it may sound unexpected that I founded a women’s community — but here’s why:
The same qualities I’ve always valued — strength, confidence, grit, and a determination to compete — I saw in many of the women I played with and against.
I admired and appreciated those qualities, especially in this sport. Together, they inspired me to create this space just for women.
PB Chicks is more than a brand — it’s a movement built on passion for pickleball, the power of community, and the pursuit of growth in all areas of life.
This is for women who show up strong, compete hard. Women who embrace challenges, celebrate comebacks, and push limits while lifting others up. Whether you’re chasing medals or becoming your best self, you belong here.
