Problem with facebook group and facebook marketplace

Hi mathew sorry to disturb you but we are facing problem with facebook marketplace and Facebook group

In facebook Marketplace its ask to submit passport, driving licensee but i am from Bangladesh we cant do it.. How can we manage driving licensee of us citizen

With faceboook group problem is when we post it goes directly to pending option even if we post on public group it goes Directly to pending option. We are not able to comment or post anything on group...

I dont wana lose my only source of income please tell me solution otherwise i will lose everything.
