How I find low comp niches such as House Repipe Services in bulk
According to Google if you want your house repiped it costs $4k-$15k per job. Once I found this out I started testing the SERPs to see what the competition looked like since I'm tired of running into SERPs that are crowded with GMBs and other SERP features. I wanted a way to do searches in bulk but couldn't find a tool that fit my needs so I with the power of Bolt and DataForSEO I made the tool myself. This is SleeperSERP. It's my first project and it was built from inspiration from this group so I'm keeping it free for now. Sign in with Google, plug in your DataForSEO api key, and start searching. Check out the video for a a demo. Please note: it's in beta so there might be tons of issues. I'm keeping it free until they all get sorted out. USA serps only for now. https://sleeperserp.com/ Don't have a DataForSEO API Key? Support me keeping this free my using my affiliate link to get your credits: https://sleeperserp.com/api Check out the demo video: https://www.berrycast.com/conversations/1538b1d9-a013-5dfe-b1ee-b248328f1f28

@Murray Beattie thank you!
Brief update
Other projects took me away from aggressively building out and analyzing these sites but I'm happy to report I've made $87 so far without much work. The numbers are getting a TON of spam calls but the real ones that come in are all handled well by the answering agent. Ask me anything!

@John Bennett Local Sites Pro and SERP Scaler. Both are excellent!

@John Bennett A few doing good, most doing just ok, and some not ranking at all. Kind of expected. SerpScaler is worth it to find out which keywords are easy to rank for.
Facebook Parasite SEO
I keep coming across these in my day to day now that I'm tuned into FB pages ranking high. Reddit too! But look at this competitive search phrase (and 20 variations) Facebook consistently ranking 1. There's a way to leverage this, and I'm sure people in this group have already started. https://www.google.com/search?q=Tree+removal+companies+near+mchenry+illinois

LocalSites Pro Brief Update: Calculator Function Ranks
Last month I used a dormant domain to test out LocalSites Pro. One of the options was to have the software build a calculator, so, I did. The calculator is ranking page one alongside with Home Depot, Lowe's, and Houzz. If you're using LSP then I suggest to give the calculator a try. Check out the calculator: https://easttennesseecontractors.com/kitchen-island-installation-cost-calculator BTW, I haven't bothered changing out the images on the site but I should get on it.
