🚨 LeadSmart Problem: Calls Not Converting (Need Help)
We are currently sending calls through LeadSmart, but facing a major issue:
👉 Calls are coming in👉 But 0 conversions / payouts
🔍 What we are seeing:
• Calls connecting but ending quickly• No conversion even after multiple calls• Different campaigns tested (Electrician, Roofing, etc.)• Traffic is active, but no revenue
❗ Possible Issues:
❌ Minimum call duration not reached❌ Buyer conditions not matching (geo / intent)❌ IVR or routing problem❌ Duplicate callers❌ Tracking not firing correctly
💡 Need clarification:
- What is the minimum call duration for conversion?
- Are these calls reaching the correct buyer endpoint?
- Any recent updates or changes in LeadSmart system?
- How to verify if calls are qualified or rejected?
⚙️ We are ready to optimize from our side (traffic + targeting),but need guidance to fix this issue properly.
