Since the last week of April, I have been observing a noticeable decline in both the quantity and quality of incoming calls. This drop has significantly impacted overall conversions, which have decreased drastically during this period. A major concern is that a large proportion of these calls are being flagged as “red,” indicating serious issues in the connection process.
In many cases, the calls are either not getting connected at all or are going unanswered by the home service providers specifically local numbers. This not only leads to missed business opportunities but also affects customer trust and satisfaction.
Additionally, the decline in call performance appears to be largely influenced by Google’s latest update. This update seems to have affected both the volume and quality of incoming leads, resulting in reduced connectivity and engagement.
