Pleasantly Surprised
I joined the RISE Roadmap mostly out of curiosity.
I'm someone who has definitely had problems finding clarity about my goals in the past.
Understanding what they are, how to move towards them without confusion has been a tricky path, and it seemed like just as I was finding my own way out, Justin approached me with the RISE Roadmap.
So at first I was like,
"Do I really need this? I know what I want to do."
But upon joining, I found that Justin's method was not to tell me what to do.
He was essentially encouraging our group of guys that we already knew what we needed to do, we just needed the brotherhood and accountability to get these things done - both independently and also as a group.
So I was pleasantly surprised by this.
Justin's coaching, for me mainly helped me to not only envision and move towards the man I want to become, but also the man I do not want to become, which isn't something I'd done before in this way.
I'd recommend this program to other men, because although we might know what we want to do, having a brotherhood of supporters who help one another get there is so encouraging - and the way in which Justin asks questions of the group helps you fill in any of your own blind spots.
