Vent if you need to, but always come back to a solution-oriented mindset. 2. Make an Effort You don’t need to be perfect, just present. Watch the trainings, ask questions, offer feedback, and show up for yourself. 3. Be Kind No shade. No snark. No superiority complex. Everyone is at a different point in their journey, and that’s what makes this community powerful. 4. Be Encouraging Celebrate other people’s wins as if they were your own. Acting is hard enough—this is where we cheer each other on. 5. No Spam or Self-Promotion No sliding in with “DM me for coaching” or posting your course link unless you've cleared it with admin first. Keep it classy. 6. Respect Privacy + Vulnerability What’s shared here stays here. Don’t screenshot or share people’s posts outside this space without permission.
