Hi everyone, I’m Linda Stewart 👋🏾👋🏾 I’m based in Hampshire and by day I’m a self employed customer service consultant for the housebuilding and automotive industries (I get paid to look round show homes and test drive cars!) 🚗 🏡
I’m an accidental buy-to-let landlady and also run a SA and relocations business, Townhouse Stays, specialising in corporate, contractor and insurance stays. I work with vetted operators around the UK and personally have 2 units in Colchester and Birmingham, both 4-bed, 2-bath houses which work great with the corporate/contractor strategy.
I’ve also refurbed 3 apartments and am just getting started in land/property development.
