Quick question—how many of you are working solo, or with one other person?
For the past two years, I’ve been supporting teams using the HOTS Teamwork framework—especially teams learning complex, fast-moving things like AI.
I use the simple frameworks (HOTS)to:
✔ reduce friction
✔ speed up trust
✔ and help teams use their differences as an advantage
When teams understand how they naturally think, move, and collaborate, learning curves shorten and momentum stabilizes.
This is a gift I can bring to the group if there is any interest. I have already created a PPT presentation Pre AI, and a workbook etc. I'd be open to share if that works ?
