Hey Founding Members 👋🏽 Before we sprint into 2026 like it’s a track meet, we’re doing what high-performing business owners do: we pause, tell the truth, and plan with intention. So we just added 2 plug-and-play resources to help you review how 2025 actually went—and build a clean, confident plan to start 2026 strong. ✅ What’s included 1) Business Clarity Worksheet Get crystal clear on: - what you sell (and what actually sells) - who you serve (and who drains you) - what’s working vs what’s noise This is your “no more guessing” worksheet. 2) Monthly Budget Template Because “I think I’m making money” isn’t a financial strategy 😅 This gives you a simple way to track: - income streams - fixed + variable costs - profit - runway and realistic goals for 2026 🗣️ Comment below using this template 1) My biggest win from 2025: 2) My biggest lesson from 2025: 3) My #1 focus for January 2026: 4) The support I want from PPE next: (choose one) - Accountability - Coaching / hot seat - Systems & productivity - Marketing & visibility - Sales & follow-up - Partnerships / networking If you post your answers, I’ll reply with a simple next-step recommendation (and where to plug into PPE first). Let’s close 2025 with honesty and open 2026 with momentum. 🚀 https://drive.google.com/drive/u/3/folders/1p-K0uGuWLxXBChTHpEtlpxZ0IDn0imzi
