I had a friend from college that put that hashtag on all of his Instagram posts.
Today, I am using it to share that I’m officially a CSCS - Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Looking forward to becoming better and better at designing my own and others’ workouts to fuel results 💪🏽 and enjoyment of the game!
