Dr. Cam is an amazing resource for parents of teens. From her weekly group calls to her parenting podcasts, Dr. Cam has so many tools to help you build the relationship you want with your teen. Whether you are at the beginning of the teen years or looking for help as you hit a parenting wall, I highly recommend her. Dr. Cam’s coaching taught me to parent differently, understand my son more deeply, and strengthen our relationship. After COVID, my son struggled with depression and anxiety, and getting him to school and completing his work became a daily battle. Dr. Cam gave me practical tools to navigate the hardest moments with more patience, understanding, and less fear. Dr. Cam’s coaching has changed how I parent my teen. She helped me understand normal teen behavior, communicate more effectively, and recognize when fear was driving my parenting. Her advice is practical and actually works! My relationship with my teen and our communication have improved drastically. Working with Dr. Cam has completely transformed my relationship with my teens. My challenging 14-year-old used to run out of the room or wince whenever I spoke to him, it was heartbreaking. Now, he happily hangs out on the couch while I work, opens up after band practice, and recently looked me in the eye, smiled, and said, "Thanks." My heart is so full! I cried in my first group meeting with Dr. Cam, but was willing to try anything and her method truly does work.

Being part of this community has helped me to se the bigger picture . Dr Cam way of connecting before correcting has made me a real difference in the way I communicate with my teen .
