Emotional Wave
Wondering what practices/rituals people have in place for the emotional wave.. My 39-55 channel and other pieces come at me hard and it feels like they take over. I’m trying to hold space for the melancholy but it can sometimes hinder my day because I have no energy for anything and sometimes I just want to cancel everything that I do (podcast, writing, etc) and start over when the wave dissipates. But then that feels like I’m starting from scratch and not just continuing. During these periods I feel like a thief of energy bcz I get bursts of it by being around my children but then I slump back into the low if I’m by myself.
