To change a paradigm, you must first see it. 👀 Right now, we hide it from our awareness because we believe we are the paradigm.
Here’s an exercise I often mention, but few people dare to try because it’s dangerous. ⚠️
Take an empty notebook. It can be a large one. 📓 Find a place for it where no one will ever find it. Keep it hidden among your books or under lock and key. 🔒
In it, write down all the negative traits you notice in yourself daily.
📅 Tuesday, October 22: I noticed a part of me that always wants to be right. I noticed my tendency to argue and impose my opinion on others. When someone opposed me, I immediately resented them and responded angrily. 😡
📅 Wednesday, October 23: I feel irritated, but I don’t know why. During the day, I lied to someone about something. 🫣 In the evening, I noticed I wanted to appear bigger than I am, so I boasted. I felt lust. Laziness—I skipped a task because I didn’t feel like doing it. 🛌
These are just rough examples, but the book should be filled with all the negative things you observe in yourself. 📝✨
When you read this book after some time, you will be shocked by what you’ve written. You’ll notice it’s always the same thoughts and moods cycling through without any real reason—they just come and go.
