We will review your yesterday answers on Monday at 2 pm (for Level 2).
In this post, I want to explain why it is dangerous to speak negatively about ourselves.
It’s not us who do it. It’s the paradigm.
Every time you open your mouth, it’s not you speaking—it’s your paradigm.
All the thoughts you have come from it. In Lesson 4 of the masterclass, you will see the impact that the paradigm has on you.
“I’m not good enough,” “my English is bad,” “I procrastinate,” “I’m clumsy,” “I’m ugly,” “I’m always late,” “I always lose things…”
These are examples of unconscious statements that the paradigm repeats.
If you continue doing this, you keep reinforcing established neural pathways that trap you even deeper in sleep and in the loop of external events.
Although we’ve heard this before, yesterday we saw in the comments that people still think and write this way.
Develop an inner guardian who will hunt down such thoughts in your mind and stop them.
If you are going to talk about yourself—speak the best you can.
