How to Create a Radius Search Mailing List

Want to pinpoint a specific area around a property address? It's simple! In this example I created a list of 50 nearby neighbors for $12.50, including email/phone append at .20/record.

Click "Mailing Lists" on the left-hand side of the dashboard and click "Radius Search"
Enter the address into the corresponding field
Select the number of mailers you want to send (this can range from 10 to 10,000)
Click the "record types" dropdown menu. Then click to select the record type. Popular options include: Likely to Move (sell), Nearest Neighbors, Absentee Owners, and more.
Use the toggle to include Condos or not
Use the toggle to opt to have the system search addresses in the mailing list (I always add this one)
Use the toggle to opt to have the system search for and append additional data, such as emails and phone numbers, at 20 cents a record.
You will see the results to review below.
Click "buy my mailing list," and the list will appear in your Mailing List section so you can send out your postcards, or mailed media of your choice.
