@Melinda Esper Hi Melinda. Check out the ThanksAI Studio in purple across the top of your dashboard when you log in, or click it down the left side in the Creative section then +New Design. Provide descriptive information about the card’s appearance and address to guide the AI’s design process. Select the mail you want to send, and the system will generate a preview. You can adjust the content or save it as is.

Hi George, we’re happy to assist you with that! Have you had a chance to log into your dashboard and create a postcard for yourself? It’s a breeze to set up. Simply click on the ThanksAI Studio down the left side of the dashboard (click +new design), or at the top of the screen (the purple-framed field), type in the prompt to let the AI know what you’d like it to create, choose the type of mailer (like a postcard), and it’ll generate an example. You can then tweak it as needed until you’re satisfied, and then save it. You can connect your system to Thanks with our API that you can create via the top right dropdown option just under your profile information.
