Do you have Soul Wounds? Want to find out?
Story: Tasha’s Cycle of Rejection Tasha had been in three different relationships with emotionally unavailable men. Each time, she found herself giving everything—her time, money, and heart—hoping they’d stay. When the relationships ended, she was left devastated and confused. One day during a women’s retreat, she heard a message on identity and soul wounds. The Holy Spirit whispered, “This isn’t about them—it’s about what you believe about yourself.” Through prayer and journaling, Tasha remembered being 6 years old, watching her mother’s boyfriend walk out after an argument. Her mom had cried out, “Men always leave us.” That moment planted a soul wound: “I have to earn love so they don’t leave.” Tasha repented of the lie, renounced the belief, and asked God to reestablish her worth on His truth. She began declaring: “I am already loved. I don’t have to earn it.”
