I’ve been getting messages from people saying these exercises have helped them move better, feel more balanced, and reduce tension when done consistently. For many, training the body as one connected system makes a real difference over time. The exercises in the mini-course are intentionally simple. You don’t need perfect technique — consistency matters most. If you’re unsure about how to do an exercise: 👉 Bring your questions to the group calls. Keep showing up. Small work adds up.

I’ve been getting a lot of questions about how to do the exercises, so I want to clarify a few things. For most of us who are dealing with minor imbalances or stiffness these exercises in the course can help you improve posture, move better, and reduce discomfort over time. They’re intentionally simple and low-tech, so you don’t need perfect technique to get value from them. If you’re unsure about an exercise or want it broken down: 👉 Bring your questions to our group calls and I’ll explain them step by step. If you feel like you need more personal guidance, I’ve opened a list for 1-on-1 coaching. You can sign up there, and we’ll book a call. Each week, I’ll also offer one free 30-min 1-on-1 call to the top person on the leaderboard. Keep moving. Keep it simple. Consistency beats perfection. 🌱
