This community is for people with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) and general hypermobility who are ready to take control of their pain, build strength, and improve function.
When I realized I had EDS at 20, I was already a strength and conditioning coach but the pain was constant. I hit rock bottom when disc herniations in my neck left me unable to even lift my head off a pillow. That moment forced me to truly understand what my body was doing and how to rebuild my function so I could keep working, moving, and living fully.
