Going from Birck and Mortar to 100% online...Any advice??

Due to family reasons, I'm needing to go from a brick and mortar wellness center (which I have had for the last 12 years) to working from home 100% online telehealth, and I am a bit nervous about the smoothness of the transition, as you can imagine! Does anyone have any advice on lead gen, ads that work or funnels that they have use to help streamline the transition/learning curve? Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated!!
