Reminder that next week's Session #3 - on Monday 24th November - there are no guest speakers but you can watch a pre-recorded interview with Michelle Dowsett.

We’ll focus on how to bring more ease and confidence into your client conversations. You’ll learn how to move beyond rehearsed explanations and create genuine, natural dialogue that builds trust and connection.

By the end of the session, you’ll understand how to listen for buyer cues, respond with curiosity, and talk about your work in a way that feels authentic and unforced. You’ll also see how small shifts in tone and pacing can make your conversations flow more naturally and lead to stronger relationships.

Most of this session will be dedicated to group discussion, reflection, and shared learning. It’s a chance to apply what you’ve learned so far, explore what feels challenging, and practise new ways of describing your work with the support of the group.

Please come to the session with one offer or package that you want to sell more of plus some words written down on how you tell people about it. Even better if you can practice it out loud!
