Getting Started!
Hi everyone! We have finally signed the lease and should be getting keys in the next month! I have so many questions: 1. What can i get started doing now? 2. How long did it take to get signage(channel letters) and how much did you spend on signage? 3. Do you use postal mates? Is it the best software out there? 4. Im in the process of ordering mailboxes; should i order just small boxes or multiple sizes? 5. Did you buy your printers out right or are they leased? Im sure i will have other questions but thats all for now! Thanks!

Store Revenue Forecast
Here's my store's revenue track so far: First month / July ($30 from my own pocket), got approved from FedEx, and was asked to start using the services only after July 17, and thus, we probably started from July 21. Second month/ August: Got approved for UPS ASO last week of July, and the account was activated from August 1: $300 Third Month/ September: $3000 (had to pay a customer around $1300 out of pocket for damaged shipments value balance not covered by fedex due to not entering the actual declared value) Fourth Month / October : around $2000 Fifth Month/ November: around $2000 Sixth Month December: around $3300 and counting for the last day. These exclude uhaul commissions, which was around $1100 (out of $6000 gross revenue). Can anyone suggest or even guesstimate how this revenue model will grow over the next 6 months? I'm just curious how it will play out. We have invested heavily in marketing and kept our rates low (around 33% average of all the 3 major carriers for shipping).
Engaging with Customer During the holidays.
Hey gang!!! Tis the season and this is where we make our money (during holiday season), engage with our customers, and convert people to mailbox customers. I go hard on the email and touches of our entire email database during this time. I try to send out at least 2-3 emails a week over a 6 week period. Here is an example of the types of emails I roll out. As always, let me know if you have any questions.

@Jasaan Dabney what is the red tool called 🤔 that you were using in this video? It's a life saving tool 😀 for pack n shop stores. Do you have a recommended link to purchase or a brand?

iPostal1
I wanted to take a second to talk about partnering with iPostal1. In our case we were hesitant to sign up with another virtual mailbox platform because it seemed like we would be taking money out of our own pocket. A year and a half in and that couldn't be further from the truth. iPostal does all the marketing for you, handles the paperwork, and billing. We are simply facilitators of mail and it is the easiest stream of revenue your stores will see. 90% of customers receive no mail at ALL. You share a 50% revenue split for doing what you're already doing. I've attached our commission payments from iPostal for 2024 so that you can see it is real, and a real help to your bottom line numbers. Let me know if you have any questions. I'm here to help.
