Ozone and Constipation
Hello,
I’ve been using an ozone generator for rectal insufflations. I’m seeing great results with constipation as it generally produces a bowel movement after performing an insufflation. I have gut Dysbiosis with potential yeast overgrowth. Concentration is 33 gamma for 3 minutes.
I’m curious if the continued daily use over a period of months will lead to a lazy bowel and dependency?
Perhaps doing it every other day will help?
