🌞 1. Sunlight & Fitness – Rays of Life
1-3 hours of sunlight in the morning between 7am -11am and gentle daily movement (walking, rebounding, stretching) activate the lymphatic system, regulate hormones, and awaken mitochondria.
Do ALL your fitness OUTSIDE in the sun to maximize your mitochondrial activation and grounding. ​ Working out - while outdoors - is the highest form of strength training!
With sunlight and optimal sun exposure there is also the balance of Darkness… not enough people talk about this balance… and the balance of your sleep with the Sun brings the balance of your life and dream in order.
For healing any chronic illness and for longevity no screens after 8pm and deep REM sleep by 10pm. ​
TIP: ​ Every hour of sleep before midnight is equivalent to 3-4 hours of sleep after midnight. ​ Going to bed earlier assists in deeper regeneration cycles in the liver and gallbladder over time of good rest in complete darkness in a cold and dark place for sleep. Optimizing your time in the darkness is crucial for detoxification pathways and melatonin production through deep pineal activation.
