My question is: Would you and your church benefit from a digital tool (like an app) that can be used to recognize and assess levels of mental and emotional distress as well as potential addiction concerns? My hope is that the tool would use a biblical approach to help us make accurate decisions on when we can step in to help a person and when we need to make referrals to professional services.
