My name is Sige Nagels - before I ever guided anyone,

I had to guide myself home.

My work exists because I lived the very tension I now help others dissolve -

the pressure to hold it all together on the outside while something inside whispered that I was not fully living my truth.

For years, I gave my power to expectations, roles, and over-responsibility. I achieved. I pushed. I performed.

Yet my body was telling a different story. My heart knew there was more.

My soul kept calling - quietly at first, then louder.

I learned that transformation does not happen through thinking alone. For me it happened when the body remembered what the mind has forgotten.

When my heart was allowed to speak its truth,

and I allowed myself to comprehend my needs.

When my subconscious mind learned safety instead of survival.

When my soul finally took its rightful place at the table.

Only then could I lead, create, give, receive and show up without leaving myself.
