Organize Our Life is not a course to rush through or complete quickly. It is a structured life-admin system designed to be followed deliberately and maintained over time. This lesson explains how the system works, how to use the community correctly, and why progress here is measured in clarity and preparedness—not speed. You will learn what this system is, what it is not, and how to move through it calmly, sequentially, and in a way that fits real life and real responsibility.

Document Organisation is where your system becomes real. You’ll learn WHAT to store, WHY it matters, and exactly WHERE and HOW to keep information so that its easy it’s fast to find under pressure, even by other family members of you mot around. We’ll build a simple physical + digital structure, clear naming rules, scanning standards, and a maintenance rhythm so nothing goes missing, outdated, or stuck in your head.

IDs & Important Certificates is where you start taking action by gathering the most critical documents in your life—items that are difficult, slow, or costly to replace. You’ll identify what you have, what’s missing, and what needs updating, then place each item into your prepared physical and digital locations. This course includes passports/IDs, visas and residency permits, and key certificates (birth, marriage, divorce, death and important letters from government and education institutions)

Insurance is where you gather and stabilise the policies that protect your biggest assets. You’ll collect and verify vehicle-related cover (anything that drives, tows, floats or flies), plus the admin that keeps it compliant—tax, roadworthiness tests, servicing/maintenance, licences and fines. You’ll then capture home insurance for both contents and building/infrastructure, ensuring you can prove cover, renew on time, and respond quickly if you ever need to claim.

Banking & Money is where you secure the information that keeps daily life running and prevents chaos during emergencies. You’ll gather and organise bank accounts/cards, loans, ensure access to cash, life policy access routes, tax records and reliefs, bills/budgets, and pension plans—so you can act quickly, renew on time, and ensure continuity if you can’t.
