How to get better results for a setter?
When I was doing the SMS outreach myself my ABR was around 2.5%. My setter is sitting at 1.5%.
He's calling on every positive reply, doing the follow ups, but the bookings just aren't coming in at the rate they should be.
I can share all his conversations, my conversations, the scripts — everything. What do you think is going wrong and what would you do to get him from 1.5% to 2.5%?
