Cold Email Metrics
hey @Aurelien Luvara , so these are my metrics i get what you mentioned on the call with increasing personalisation, but i did have a chat w someone in my same with my same service and his script was with no personalisation and script was offering an insane result he contacts 100k leads per month and gets anywhere from 4-10 clients paying him 3-4k per month my volume is way below that, however, with the setup i have, i can easily send 2k emails per day which means I can send to 21 biz days x 2000 = 42k leads per month limiting belief i've been having is to avoid sending on mondays + fridays bc people are not gonna be as available so im not sure if I should be sending those days... I think you're going to tell me I should bc it just comes down to volume and timing but ill wait for your reply. excited to try this new script as i think it will bring a lot of leads, will lyk also one thing i found out with niching down is that i often get replies like "we're not a NICHE business" so idk if it does more harm than good. lmk if you have any other piece of advice for my metrics. my response times are super quick but i do not cold call after a positive reply

Niche decision: yoga teachers.
Why yoga teachers The pain is very public, which is rare. On r/YogaTeachers they say it plainly: "I'm sick of not making enough money, I still can't pay the bills, I'm in debt, I'm burnt out" that's a teacher of 20 years. "$20 classes at multiple studios, driving all over town, exhausting your body just to scrape together a living." Underneath it is a belief the trade actively teaches. One teacher, stated as a virtue: "a person who starts teaching yoga with the main intention of making money should not be a teacher it's morally irresponsible." That's a money script, not a business problem, and it's exactly what I work on. They buy. One teacher posted about paying $9,000 to a coach. Another wrote "I've spent more on trainings and workshops than my bachelor's degree." Willingness isn't the issue. Market depth is not a constraint. 100,000+ Yoga Alliance registered teachers, 48,547 US studios, 4,833 UK. The gap I'm going into. Existing money-mindset offers for yoga teachers are $67–$88 self-paced digital products in manifestation language "attracting abundance", "magnetize opportunities". Above that it's $3k–$9k business coaching selling six figures. Nothing at £1,000 doing 1:1 with actual behavioural mechanics. The risks I'm taking on, openly 1. They say the problem is income; I solve keeping. Every competitor sells "earn more" because that's the problem they name. I'm selling to the problem underneath it, which is a harder opening. Positioning has to bridge the two rather than tell them they're wrong. 2. Affordability. Most teach part-time and don't live off yoga 41% of yoga therapists earn under $10k a year from it. So my real target is the slice with other income, not the full-time strugglers. 3. No case study in the trade yet. Zero yoga clients so far. My best evidence is the same psychographic in a different job. 4. Thin sample. My qualitative work is one subreddit.
