Welcome to RISE27. What we're looking into here: Every moment runs through the same seven stages: 1. Objective Reality 2. Filter 3. Internal Representation 4. Neurotransmitters 5. Feelings 6. Behaviour 7. Outcome Then outcome becomes the next moment's objective reality, and it runs again. Constantly. Whether or not anyone's watching it happen. This group is a close study of that loop, the actual mechanism underneath them, and specifically where a person can genuinely intervene versus where they can't. The objective To understand this loop with full clarity — well enough to see exactly how it's currently running by default and to gain the ability to deliberately intervene at every stage that can actually be intervened on. What reaches the five senses, what the filter deletes and lets through, what it's actively searching for, how a representation forms and what it's made to mean, what beliefs it draws from and reinforces, and how the earlier stages reliably shape — never directly command — what happens at the neurotransmitter stage. Done consistently, this is what turns feelings and states from something that happens to you into something you have real, repeatable influence over. Which is what puts behaviour, and everything behaviour produces, under deliberate control instead of old default.
