What’s up everyone — I’m KJ (Koriey). I’m an operator who happens to work in real estate investment sales. My day job is helping investors find/close great deals; my nights/weekends are spent building systems, products, and processes that make operating easier.

- Operator Academy — this community: a place for aspiring & high-level operators to share real, working playbooks (not fluff)
My operating style
Practical > theoretical. Systems, dashboards, checklists, and short feedback loops. If it doesn’t move a KPI this week, it’s decoration.
Why I started this community
I’m not positioning as a “guru.” I’m an active operator who learns from other operators. The goal is to collect, test, and refine field-tested playbooks together—so we can ship faster and win bigger with fewer unforced errors and meet other like minded people building and doing big cool sh*t.

Throughout my posts I may write terms like "underwrite" or "listing" and those are things that are relevant to my field and what I do, and they're interchangeable with whatever activity you may be doing so a "listing" could be a "product sketch" or "art package" etc.
