Don't expect to win. If you don't have a vision, how can you build your future? Take a day to put that vision on paper where you can see it. (I've attached mine as an example). Place it somewhere you'll see it often. Play out how you'll gain it. DON'T FOCUS ON HOW YOU'LL GET THERE! ONLY FOCUS ON THE END RESULTS!
