Been consistent with the showers, with people having nice talks or a simple "is everything alright?" to check on someone.
As of Saturday workout I had to do pending exercises from OHW that I couldn't during the week, plus rowing sprints which were pretty good, had no time to do the ruck afterwards, and yesterday I planned to do it, but it was an agitated day with family and was very tired at the end of the day.
Food was good except for some ice cream that was served at a work anniversary on Friday, and on Saturday a couple of chocolate bar pieces my girl wanted to share, shouldn't have done that. Later I had a birthday at night in which all my friends were having drinks and I carried my own zero alcohol malt ale
