Training: ❌️ Had plans this evening and was going to double up lifting with my ruck on Saturday

SATURDAY
Cold Start: ✅️
Training: ❌️ woke up sick. probably caught what a coworker had on Thursday. I napped and didn't lift but in the evening I did my ruck when I was feeling better.
Clean Food: ✅️
Vice: ✅️
Approach: ❌️ only time I left the house was to ruck
