When you read this…
It’s time for this week’s 3-2-1 Create a new post with the following + your pic or a GiF. The goal is to reflect, envision, and claim while gaining support and accountability from the group. Write down 3 wins from 2025, 2 stretch goals for 2026, and the #1 reason you’re not going to up on yourself…no way, no how.
Delegation!
Just got off a good Coffee Chat with @Valerie Horner and @Taylor Horner. The topic today was delegation. You can watch the topic video in Module 3, Lesson 3 of The Visionary CEO Shift Blueprint course in the classroom. Coffee Chat topics will continue to be pulled from that course through the end of the year. In 2026, we have a line up of new topics you don't want to miss.
Finding Your Voice
"As you find your voice, your people will begin to find you." - Russell Brunson Ok, so that's a cool quote, but let's tear it apart a little. It's not like the Field of Dreams quote: "Build it and they will come." You cannot create a website, an offer, or any part of your business and not talk about it everywhere. People don't just come. They come through attraction, relationships, and engagement. The purpose of my business and community is to create an environment that takes founders from chaotic operations to clear, confident CEO leadership through structure, systems, and precision. Finding your voice means consistent action, finding your cadence, discovering what you really, really like to talk about and then, finding the unique way you like to talk about it. You'll find that part of my voice in my posts and comments here and social media include stories/analogies. This is what you have to know to find your voice, so your people can find you: Without action, no one will know about your business. Without consistency, your people will scroll past your posts. Without engagement, your people may say to themselves, "I'll check it out later," and never come back. Without an invitation with simple steps on what to do next (CTA), you're just adding information to a busy scroll.
Sunday Check-In: What would you do?
If you only had five minutes today to do something for your business, what would it be? Why? Bonus: How do you think I’d answer this question for me?
What I'm working on
Hey Visionaries. I've always got something brewing in the background besides coffee. Today, I solidified two important systems for my business: customer journey and organic lead generation. I say solidified because I had loose systems in place - you know the kind. You know what you want to do. You know what you need to do. BUT because it's not formalized, you add to it, forget parts of it, and eventually feel behind, overwhelmed, or frazzled. Ya, it's called the human experience. It's good to have both of these systems in place and formalized in your business. So, you might know what you do for organic lead generations but are you doing that? Have you blocked time? Have you looked at lead generation from a high level and then chunked that out to the tactical level where you can seamlessly implement without the daily friction of just "doing something". Money loves rhythm. Your business needs a cadence and you can do that through systems, not only for your business but for your weekly and daily planner, too. If you need a little help in getting started with a cadence, head over to the classroom and open up The Cornerstone Method. It's simple in nature, but I promise you if you comment to the Method for 30 days, you'll see more done with less friction because you are implementing a time and project planning system. What are you working on today? Send me a GIF (they make me happy) and share your comments/insights/questions below.
