Hey everyone! As I’m going out to get my long run, a thought popped up.
I normal like running 6 days per week.. a few easy runs, a long run, and 1-2 workouts. The past 2 weeks have been a grind for me, so I’ve done fewer, bigger runs. I’m not as big a fan but the flexibility it affords is actually quite nice.
And so I’m curious, do you prefer more sessions with variation? Or will you squeeze it all in elsewhere if you have to?
