As much as I love nerding out, I realize my ADD kicks in and everything starts getting really disorganized. I can't get my Obsidian to update live to see what the terminal is pushing out. Super annoyed and would really appreciate someone to give me a hand here.

The first project I launched on 0ne was a co living setup. I basically told it to build me my own version of PadSplit. Within a few hours, I had a full platform to list my properties plus an admin backend. That part honestly surprised me. Once I got my properties organized and uploaded the listing photos, cold locks helped me rent out 3 rooms in just a few weeks. Now my next focus is getting organic traffic to the site. I used Plan Mode to map it out, and the reality is SEO is not the play right now. Platforms like PadSplit, ShareRooms, and Roomies have been dominating that space for years with huge budgets behind them. The recommendation was simple. Stay consistent with Facebook and Craigslist and drive traffic back to my site. It also suggested building landing pages to capture leads, which I like a lot. The only problem is I do not have time to post every day or even weekly. So I gave One a new task. Build a system to automate all of it. This is the next piece I am working on and I will be sharing how it turns out with the group.

If you haven’t taken the time to let 0ne AI interview you yet, you’re missing a big opportunity. Give it context. Let it learn who you are as a person, as a business owner, and how you think. Share your background, your experience, your business, even your family, if you are comfortable. The more you feed it, the better it gets. I did this for the first time today. Jimmy had shown me his personal context before, but going through it myself was different. The questions it asked were sharp and intentional. It quickly picked up on patterns and described me in a way that felt extremely accurate. I was able to walk it through my 12 years working at Locker, along with everything I have learned in real estate and business funding. As the conversation went deeper, it started asking about my partnership with Jimmy and how I operate in business. That is when it really clicked for me. This is the real value. The more context it has, the better it can think with you, challenge you, and help you make decisions. If you have not done this yet, do it as soon as possible. It will change how useful 0ne AI is for you.
