Time Traveler Assignment (as a Investor/Realtor)
My biggest takeaway is learning about the wide range of creative funding options available to acquire real estate. The iceberg concept really stood out as a powerful reminder of the unseen effort and strategy behind successful deals.
My biggest concern/challenge is figuring out how to consistently secure funding to keep scaling—project after project after project.
