Howdy everyone!
I’m Soc from the Philippines. I’ve been doing customer support and VA work for 10+ years, mostly supporting online businesses with customer service, admin, ecommerce, and community stuff.
Right now, I’m trying to be more intentional about building my own freelance business instead of just jumping from one client/task to another. 😅
I think my biggest struggle right now is balancing everything.. things like: client work, learning new skills and trying to actually build something for myself too.
I joined this community because I’d love to learn how other one-person businesses are figuring things out especially when you’re basically doing everything yourself.
Excited to learn from everyone and hopefully be able to help out here too!
