Purpose of all the Community Threads
⭐ Get clarity on how to use all threads in the best way
1. General Discussion
Purpose:
Share anything OMAD-related that doesn’t fit into the other threads. Questions, insights, and ideas are all welcome here.
2. Daily Streak Thread
Purpose:
Check in once per day to track your OMAD streak and stay accountable. One comment per day = one day closer to your health and weight loss goals.
3. Q&A Thread
Purpose:
Ask your OMAD questions here… big, small, or specific. This is the place to get guidance and clarity.
4. Introduction, Why + Commitment Thread
Purpose:
Introduce yourself so we can get to know you: why you’re here, your goal and commitment, and where you’re starting from.
5. Transformation Wins Thread
Purpose:
Share your wins: scale victories, non-scale victories, mindset shifts, or lifestyle breakthroughs. Celebrate your progress!
6. Meal Inspiration Thread
Purpose:
Post photos or descriptions of your OMAD meals to inspire others and get ideas for delicious, balanced, healthy meals.
7. Valuable Insights Thread
Purpose:
Share your mindset shifts, lessons, aha moments, and breakthroughs that can also help others succeed on OMAD.
8. Accountability Partner Thread
Purpose: Find an accountability partner inside the Skool to stay consistent, motivated, and supported on your OMAD journey.
Use this thread to:
  • Comment if you’re looking for an accountability partner
  • Share a few lines about your goal, experience level, and preferred check-in style
  • Connect with someone who wants to stay consistent alongside you
Once you’ve connected, you can:
  • Check in with each other daily or weekly
  • Share wins, struggles, or motivation
  • Support each other during low-motivation days
