My Favourite Quote.
Grand rising to all. Today, I just wanted to express my favourite motivational quote that literally changed my life. Our lives can literally change for the better in any infinite present moment. That's how quick healing can be. The famous quote by the Italian mystic and poet St Francis Assisi is one that is deep and profound but one that touches my soul. "What you have been looking for is what is looking." What it means is all that we want in our lives has always been here. It was the self-realisation that needed to be recognised. That self-realisation, self-recognition and awareness is the key that unlocks the door to the re-union with the creator where all things are possible. Please share a quote that has inspired you in your life and what it means to you. πŸ™‚

Some Fun Facts
In spiritual life coaching it is important to connect to nature if we are going to heal on a holistic level - mind, body and soul. It is beautiful to know that one aspect of the right brain hemisphere is spiritual/nature. It is important to make a conscious connect to this aspect of the brain as we can then start to see life as a reflection. Earth is our body. The water is our blood. Air is our breath. Fire is our spirit. Fun facts about nature: A pomegranate has 1000 seeds. A Lion's raw can be heard up to 5 miles. A humming bird can flap it's wings up to 200 times per second. Over 70% of Earth is covered with water and humans are made up of over 70% of water. Some fungi are bioluminescent and emit a faint, ghostly green or blue-white light, a phenomenon known as "foxfire." Our 4 seasons happen due to the Earth's tilt. Baby giraffes use their butts as pillows. Our consciousness effects electrons through what is known as the observer effect, therefore, we create our reality. The word God is at the centre of the word cell as El in hebrew is God. I hope you in-joyed some of these fun facts. Please share some of yours. πŸ™‚
Our Inner Child's Curiosity To Life
As we have entered the beautiful time of the autumn equinox we can make use of this transition to shed old beliefs that do not serve us. We can create new perspectives and really come into a place of knowing. I know that there are never any "silly" questions in life that we could ever ask. Growing up, I was too frightened to ask questions because I was worried that I would look "stupid." I took this erroneous belief all the way to adulthood and I really shut down the inner child's curiosity to learn. Years ago, when I broke through this erroneous belief the whole world opened up for me. The inner child simply is curious, always willing to learn and is very inquisitive. What is your inner child curious about? What does he/she want to learn?

Your favourite book recommendations?
I'm starting Ken Wilber's Religion of Tomorrow again, it's such a massive book that touches on so many things. First time I listened to it so much of it flew right over my head and the parts that stuck, really stuck! What books do you recommend?
