This stems off off of a few coaching sessions... (see archived coaching sessions!!)
👥 Facebook Groups (Where Everyone's Aunt Lives): Local Facebook groups are like digital coffee shops where everyone shares their drama AND their health questions. Be the helpful nurse who actually gives educational advice when someone asks "Is it normal to feel exhausted all the time?" Spoiler alert: proper hydration might be the answer.
🗣️ LinkedIn (Professional Facebook, But With Suits): LinkedIn is where business happens in between humble-brags about promotions. Share content that makes you look like the hydration guru while other people post motivational quotes with sunset photos. PRO TIPS: "How proper hydration increased my productivity by 40%" gets more clicks than "Vitamin C is good for you."
👤 Instagram & Social Media (The Visual Playground): This is where you get to be the cool nurse with the IV bags who makes wellness look glamorous. Think less "clinical setting" and more "spa meets science." Show behind-the-scenes content that makes people think, "I need whatever she's doing to look that energized on a Monday morning!"
The Real Tea: Digital networking works while you sleep, but don't be the person who only shows up to sell stuff. Be genuinely helpful, and watch your DMs fill up with "Can you help me?" messages.
