Vendor booth at local race
Has anyone had a booth at a race? If so how was the logistics? GFEs etc?

So for me when I did a gym with IV’s I sent my intake form to the person who was setting it up to have people pre register and with that you can set up their GFE prior to the actual event. It was a lot of advertising on their part so that way I wasn’t weighed down with paper work! Unless you have someone joining you who can do their intake and do GFE’s from the tablet and you focus on the actual procedures part.

@Shannon Bryant have your tablet with you and you would log in and do their intake on the spot and call in to their GFE. Definitely would want someone with you to make the process quick.

Pricing Problems
Anyone else having trouble pricing? I feel like especially in aesthetics it’s really hard because you have others offering 89$ filler which is insane…peptides your battling the websites. I really feel like it’s going to come down to customer interaction but how are we marketing to support the price. I need ideas this month has been rough! 🫠

Pharmacy
What do we do if a patient is asking for a medication that isn't available at the pharmacies we have setup? Is there a way around that? Thank you

I would make sure we have a protocol for the medication and if we do ask which pharmacy everyone is using. If we don’t the medication I wouldn’t think could be administered or ordered.

GLP-1 patients
Hey everyone, I’m curious if anyone has a good system in place for keeping their GLP patients organized. I am quickly getting overwhelmed with them and unsure of how to stay on top of each patient without letting someone fall through the crack. I have discovered the tag system within IntakeQ but I need something to help flag me for follow ups and refills. Any suggestions would be great! Thank you

I made an excel sheet when you place the date of the GFE the next column will show 90 days after when the next one is due. Then medication order date has the next order date in 4 weeks.
